Metallurgy (Temp. Title)

Metallurgy is about a world in which magical metal grows from one’s bones. The metal is normally inert, but carved runes on its surface allow one to harness its power. Each type of metal has its own rarities and abilities, with nobles often having far more powerful genetic metals to their name. The only way to gain more metallic surface area is with wounds that reach down to the bone, allowing those with access to proper wound care to be much more powerful than those without, which is a majority of the population.
